Cope with body odor

Most of the sweat evaporates into the air without much difficulty, but some do not. when we sweat trapped, as in quick underarm bacteria will grow and become a body odor. There are several ways to help us fight body odor:

Choose your clothes hati2 tight clothing and synthetic type of clothes cause sweat more than usual. so whenever possible and wear loose clothing made of cotton so your body can breathe.
Use an anti-deodorants and antiperspirants contain aluminum salts per spirants which can reduce transpiration by closing the channel sweat. Deodorants, on the other hand contain antiseptic against bacteria. deodorant helps reduce the smell but did not reduce transpiration occurs.
 Maintain cleanliness of bathing regularly is important in fighting body odor.
Avoid hot drinks hot drinks that can increase body heat and increase perspiration. so if you're worried about your body odor, it's good to get used to drinking cold water.
Use perfume perfume may not be able to directly address the body sweat, but they will help when the odor is a concern.
